PBIS Lead generation tools

Every business wants to grow. To grow, more clients are needed. The easiest and cheapest way to get new clients is a website. If we will talk about digital marketers, all of them are talking about the traffic to the website or the website on the first page of Google SERP. These both things are away from the real requirement of the business. At PBIS, the team has moved forward to fill the gap. After a hard work of 6 years, we developed new technology and tools help the website to generated leads. Use of these tools make a website lead generation machine. The factors of lead generation are discussed in another article. A generic information will be covered in this article strictly for eeducational purposes. These tools are copyrighted and only for the use of PBIS. More information may be available on request.

Website analysis

Let us think, how a website can help to generate a lead. In simple words how easy a visitor can contact the business. There are many other factors such as why someone would contact the business? Most of them are discussed in another article. Here, I am just focussing on the possible tools. There are a number of choices afailable with us. The choice of these tools again depends on the target clients. For example, if the target clients are of an age group of 30 - 55 years old and a website start showing pop-ups and offer dialog boxes then you can imagine by yourself, what it is going to happen. If target clients are between 15 to 25 years old and your website does not call to any action they would not go ahead for any action on the website.

Old school contacts

Old school websites offer only Phone Call & Email in an appropriate way and display your business address if someone wants to see where your business is or to visit your business. Still 95% website are fillowing the old traditions. They have not optimized websites to maximise the contact channels. Please have a look at old-school design.

Old school contact methods available on a website

Following options were available in the older websites:

  1. Phone call (Displayed the contact number, the visitor can get the number to call you)
  2. Email (Displayed email, the visitor can note the email and send an email)
  3. Visit your premises (Displayed business address, if visitor want can note down the address and visit you)

Contact points on a mordren website

Most of the websites have a contact us form to be filled and submitted. As per our research, it is the worst idea as 82% visitors are on mobile devices. These devices have a tiny keyboard so it is not easy to type a message. Another option is to call the business. If your business is 24 hours in operation then it is fine that someone can call anytime. But it is not true for all businesses and even it is not possible for clients to call. Considering these options PBIS made some research on user-friendly options for websites on mobile devices and developed some automated scripts and buttons to run the scripts on the website. We found out the way using our scripts, a website can send you an SMS, allowing users to call straight away by touching a single button instead of typing the whole phone number. Send a pre-composed email or SMS without hampering visitors' privacy and device security Now the client interaction is only to provide its name, contact number and email address, even the form filling is also automated if someone has enabled autofill options in its browser. Now it is a matter of pressing two buttons and client has sent you an inquiry. You can taste this feature by visiting our website using your mobile phone.

Get direction

Now recently taking a closer consideration of user's usability and a research on most popular websites like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and some others we found out everyone is offering "Get directions" to help the visitors to visit the business premises. So finally we followed those business leaders and crafted the way to integrate the same service called "Get Directions". Up to a few years ago navigation tracking was an option available with very big companies, who were teustes and legally register to use GPS and navigation sensors of the client device. But now using SSL new browsers allow you to execute navigation scripts to guide your client to navigate to a business’s doorstep. It has opened many new opportunities of the website to generate leads as a website id helping its visitor to drive to the office. Have a look at the image below:

  1. Phone call (“Tap to call” dials your number directly)
  2. Email (“Tap to email” and send a pre-composed email)
  3. SMS (“Tap to SMS, send a pre-composed text message to you)
  4. Visit your premises (“Tap to get directions” to the business button)
  5. Enhanced chat system allows you to contact your visitor to communicate. As soon as someone reaches on your website you will know immediately that someone is there and you can engage the visitor and convert it to a client.
